  • Add the Webhooks module to a new scenario, choose Custom webhook and create one. Make gives you a unique address: copy it.

  • In Allo, open Settings, then Integrations, then Make. Paste the address and choose what to send: calls, texts, contact changes, or everything.

  • After the first call, click Determine data structure in Make. The summary, the recording link and the outcome become fields you can map anywhere.

Through a webhook. In a new Make scenario, add the Webhooks module, choose Custom webhook and create one, then copy its address. In Allo, go to Settings, then Integrations, then Make, paste the address and choose the events to send. No code and no developer needed.

Make a test call or send a test text, then click Determine data structure in Make. It reads the call's fields so you can map them in the next modules.

Sending calls to Make is part of the Allo Business plan. You also need a Make account, and Make has a free tier.

The contact's name and number, the direction, duration and time, the outcome (answered, voicemail or missed), the recording link, the transcript, the AI summary and the contact's tags. Texts and contact changes can be sent too.

It works one way. Allo sends its data to Make, and your scenarios pass it on to your other apps.
