In Allo, go to Settings > Integrations > Odoo and enter three things: your Odoo username (the email you log in with), your database name (the first part of your Odoo URL) and an API key you create in Odoo under Preferences > Account Security. It works the same for Odoo Online and self-hosted Odoo. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect integrations.

Contacts go one way, from Odoo into Allo, and contacts created in Allo are not pushed to Odoo. Calls go the other way: after each call, Allo adds a note to the matching Odoo contact with the call summary and a link to the recording.

The Odoo integration is included from the Business plan up. CRM integrations aren't part of Solo. On the Odoo side, you need a user who can create an API key.

No. Allo doesn't push contacts to Odoo. It finds the Odoo contact with the caller's number and adds the note there. If several contacts share that number, each of them gets the note.

No. SMS sync is not available for the Odoo integration. Your calls are logged in Odoo, and your texts stay in Allo.

Yes. Click any phone number in Odoo and the call opens in the Allo app, which needs to be installed on your device. With the Allo Chrome extension, available on every plan, you can also call any number on an Odoo page and send a list of contacts to the Power Dialer, a paid add-on.

The first sync can take up to 15 minutes on a large database, then contacts sync every 10 minutes. Only contacts with a phone number in a native phone field are imported. You can check the sync state of every call in the call list on web.withallo.com.
