An admin or manager of your Allo workspace connects it from Settings > Integrations in the Allo web app, then authorizes Allo in Attio. No developer needed, and every call starts logging right away.

People, companies and deals come from Attio into Allo, with the custom fields of people and companies (text, number, checkbox, date, timestamp, rating, select, status and currency). Contacts created or updated in Allo go back to Attio. After each call, Allo adds a note with the AI summary and the transcript on the matching person, company and deal, and keeps a column counting the calls on people and companies.

The Attio integration is included from the Business plan up. CRM integrations aren't part of Solo.

By default, Allo logs calls on records that already exist. Turn on Create lead for unknown calls in the integration settings and Allo creates the contact for you. If two people share a number, the call is logged on both.

Yes. Install the Allo desktop app, keep it running and set it as your computer's default calling app. Then any phone number you click in Attio starts the call in Allo.

Yes. Allo installs a Power Dialer app in Attio when you connect. Paste an Allo API key into the app once, then select records in any list and choose Send to Power Dialer. Admins can fill a teammate's queue. The Power Dialer is an add-on.
