With a Streak API key. In Gmail, click the Streak logo to open Streak Home, go to Integrations & Automation, then Custom Integrations, and create a key under Team keys. In Allo, go to Settings then Integrations, find Streak, enter the email of the teammate whose calls should be tracked and the key, then Save & Connect. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect an integration.

The Streak integration is included from the Business plan up. CRM integrations aren't part of Solo.

A team key syncs each call under the teammate who made it, so every box shows who had the conversation. A personal key syncs everything under a single identity.

Every Streak box the contact is part of. In Allo's Streak settings you can choose which Allo number maps to which boxes, so a support line and a sales line write to different pipelines.

Yes. Texts are synced as a single note on the matching contact, updated each time a message is sent or received, so the whole thread stays in one place.

Contacts and organizations go one way, from Streak into Allo, and all your Streak contacts are imported when you connect. Contacts you create in Allo are not pushed to Streak. Calls and texts go the other way.

Yes. Click any phone number in Streak and the call opens in the Allo app; you'll need the app installed on that device. With the Allo Chrome extension, on every Allo plan, you can also call any number in Gmail and Streak from your browser, or send a list of contacts to the Power Dialer (an add-on).

By default Allo only syncs calls to contacts that already exist in Streak. To have unknown callers created, turn on Create lead for unknown calls in the integration settings. Calls with a contact you marked as a favorite aren't synced either. Every call in the Allo web app shows its sync status, so you can see what happened and retry.
