Create an API key in folk under Settings > API, then paste it in Allo under Settings > Integrations > folk. Your folk contacts are imported into Allo right away, ready to call.

Contacts and companies come from folk into Allo, and contacts created or updated in Allo go back to folk. After each call, Allo adds a call activity with the AI summary, the transcript and a link to the recording on the matching contact or company.

No. SMS sync isn't available for folk. Calls are logged with their summary, transcript and recording.

The folk integration is included from the Business plan up. CRM integrations aren't part of Solo.

By default, Allo logs calls on contacts that already exist. Turn on Create lead for unknown calls in the integration settings and Allo creates the contact for you. If two contacts share a number, the call is logged on both.
