Allo offers three per-user plans, billed monthly or yearly. Solo is $10/user/month for one user (billed annually). Business is $32/user/month billed yearly (or $45 monthly). Ultra is $100/user/month billed yearly (or $120 monthly). Every paid plan includes AI call transcription, AI summaries and native CRM sync (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio and more) at no extra cost, plus a business phone number, free porting of existing numbers and unlimited national calls. Two modules are billed on top: the AI Receptionist, which takes one additional Business seat, and the Power Dialer, at $50 a month per team. Outbound SMS to US numbers is included on Business and Ultra, at no extra cost; sending elsewhere uses credits, with $5 of credit included per seat per month. Allo has no setup fees and no contracts, and includes a 7-day free trial.

The Power Dialer is a flat $50 a month for the whole team, on Business and Ultra. Healthcare teams that need a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement add $50 a month per workspace. Extra phone numbers are $5 a month each.

Receiving texts is unlimited on every plan, at no cost. Sending to US numbers is included on Business and Ultra, at no extra cost. Sending elsewhere uses SMS credits, billed by destination. Business and Ultra include $5 of credit per seat per month, then you pay as you go. Sending to US and Canadian numbers also needs a one-time A2P 10DLC registration, which costs $24. Both, for Business and Ultra: yearly billing costs less per month. Solo is billed yearly only. You can switch billing or plan whenever you want.
