About Flowmodo
Flowmodo is a New York-based automation and AI integration studio founded by Drew Kaplan in 2021. In three years it has delivered over 1,500 automations and a growing library of AI agents. Its clients are mostly growth-stage SaaS companies, digital marketplaces and cash-flowing SMBs making between $5M and $50M a year.
From chaos to flow
Scaling a business isn't only about more revenue, it means more tools, more people and more chaos. Each new hire, tool or system adds friction: sales cycles drag, customer experiences slip, and internal teams waste hours chasing details instead of moving forward.
Even with modern tech stacks, most businesses struggle to connect the dots. The result is missed opportunities, a lot of manual work, and teams that feel like they're losing time.
I saw the same thing over and over again. Teams were drowning in their own tools. They didn't need more software, they needed everything to work together.
The Flowmodo method
Flowmodo builds rules-based automations to clean up repetitive tasks, then layers in AI agents to handle the nuance. At the center of client communication sits Allo: every call is recorded, transcribed and summarized, key points automatically become follow-up tasks, and SMS replies keep momentum alive even after hours.
Allo keeps our communication as sharp as the systems we build. And when you're designing workflows that run entire businesses, that accuracy isn't optional.
Scaling with less
One of Flowmodo's most transformative projects was with a national workforce-management and talent marketplace whose systems were outdated and teams overloaded. In under a year, Flowmodo implemented a modern CRM, launched a business-intelligence platform, revamped the sales stack, including Allo for calls and SMS workflows, and deployed a dozen internal AI agents.
The result: the company could operate with 40% fewer staff, growth accelerated instead of slowing, and client communication became clear, consistent and actionable.
