- A Microsoft 365 or Teams licence underneath every Teams Phone seat
- Microsoft 365 Copilot $30 per user list price, for the AI notes and summaries
- A third-party CTI to log calls and open records in HubSpot or Salesforce
- An administrator auto attendants and call queues are built in the Teams admin center
