Affinity phone integration
Affinity's Essentials plan has no API access at all, and Scale and Advanced share 100k calls a month. Check the tier before planning a call sync.

Connect Allo to Affinity
Because Affinity has a public API, Allo connects over that API and webhooks. These are the API surfaces you point at Affinity: a small, focused REST API, JSON in and JSON out, with webhooks for real-time events.
Search your call history. Every record includes transcripts, AI summaries, recording URLs, IVR selections and transfer chains.
Full CRUD on your contact database. Create, fetch by ID, update and search, with engagement data baked into every response.
Send SMS programmatically from any of your Allo numbers. Dedicated endpoints for US and France, both in E.164 format.
Subscribe a URL to call, SMS and contact events. Full envelope payloads, no secondary fetch to enrich the data.
Pull the whole thread for a contact: calls and SMS stitched together, in order, with pagination built in from day one.
List every Allo number on your account. Use it to route, filter or match a number to an owner without hardcoding.

Allo and Affinity, answered
No. The Essentials tier has no API access at all, so there is nothing to connect to. Scale, Advanced and Enterprise can, subject to the monthly call budget.
Scale and Advanced get 100,000 calls per calendar month for the entire account, and it resets on the first. Every note written and every lookup counts, and an older v1 integration draws on the same pool.
As a note on the person record. Affinity has no call or activity object, so duration and disposition live in the note text rather than in queryable fields.
Key generation is behind a role based permission your Affinity admin controls. Ask them to grant the Generate an API key permission on your account.
Requests return 429, the same code you get for the per minute and concurrent limits. The per minute ceiling is 900 requests per user, and that one applies even on Enterprise.
