MarketSharp phone integration

MarketSharp issues API credentials manually, scopes nearly every route to a companyId, and flags Do Not Call numbers. Here is how Allo fits a contractor's call flow.

How it connects

Allo connects to MarketSharp through Zapier today.

Licensed operator

Registered telecom operator in France (ARCEP).

Its own network

Allo runs its own VoIP infrastructure, not resold.

GDPR compliant

Your call data stays yours, handled to GDPR.

In the Claude directory

Allo's MCP server is in the Claude connectors directory.

Endpoints

Connect Allo to MarketSharp

Because MarketSharp has a public API, Allo connects over that API and webhooks. These are the API surfaces you point at MarketSharp: a small, focused REST API, JSON in and JSON out, with webhooks for real-time events.

Search your call history. Every record includes transcripts, AI summaries, recording URLs, IVR selections and transfer chains.

Allo and MarketSharp, answered

You ask MarketSharp. There is no self serve key. Credentials are issued by them, and there are two modes, Application and Employee authentication, which grant different levels of access.

No. Work is modelled as activities, appointments and notes. Allo writes the call as an activity on the contact with duration, recording link and summary in the body.

Almost every MarketSharp route is scoped to a companyId. In a multi branch account the same person can exist under more than one company, so a lookup without the right company context finds the wrong record or none.

MarketSharp contacts carry a hasDNCPhone flag, and Allo reads it before any outbound automation touches the number. For a contractor running outbound campaigns this is a legal requirement, not a preference.

Not realistically. MarketSharp's Zapier app publishes one action, Submit Lead, and no triggers. There is nothing there to write a call into or to listen for.
