It's a native integration. You connect folk from Allo's settings in a couple of clicks, no developer needed. Once connected, contacts sync and every call starts logging automatically.
Contacts sync both ways, so new or updated records flow between folk and Allo. Calls, texts, recordings and AI summaries are written from Allo onto the matching folk contact and deal.
The folk integration is included on the Allo Business plan. You'll also need a folk account with the contacts you want to reach by phone.
