Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com and Calendly. With Google Calendar and Outlook it books straight onto the calendar you pick, 30 minutes by default. With Cal.com and Calendly it books into your existing event types, and you can offer up to 20 on the same call.
It only offers slots that are free on your calendar, and it books inside your rules: a 30 minute buffer between meetings, your business hours and 2 hours of advance notice are on by default, and blocked dates are never booked. You can also cap how far out callers can book, 60 days by default.
With Cal.com and Calendly, each event type you offer can carry a short note, like "when the caller wants a demo", that tells the agent when to use it. Without a note it goes by the event type's title. Always pick at least one event type, otherwise it books the first one on your account.
In your calendar, like any other meeting, and in the agent's Overview in Allo, which lists the upcoming meetings it booked next to its recent calls. Every call also comes with its transcript and summary.
Booking is part of the AI receptionist, which takes one Business seat at $32/user/mo billed yearly. You can try it free before you pay anything.
