Callers booked into your Calendly event types
Connect Calendly and your Allo AI receptionist books the meeting while the caller is still on the line, into a scheduling link you already use, inside the hours you set.
Trusted by 6,000+ businesses

From a ringing phone to a booked meeting
No link to send, no callback to promise. Your AI receptionist answers, chooses the right event type and books the caller in before they hang up.
Your AI receptionist picks up, works out what the caller wants and offers a time that is actually open, 24 hours a day.
The agent books into one of your existing Calendly event types and never creates a new one. Offer up to 20 on the same call, each with a note saying when to use it.
Business hours, a buffer between meetings, a minimum notice period and your blocked dates are all respected, so the agent never books a slot you can't keep.
What Allo reads and writes in Calendly
Allo reads what it needs to pick the right meeting, and writes exactly one thing back: the booking.
Each connected Calendly calendar carries its own hours, time zone, blocked dates and booking rules.
Sending a Calendly link vs booking on the call
Sending a Calendly link
Callers asked to leave a message and wait for a callback
A link sent after the call that half of them never open
A time agreed on the phone, then double-booked
Evenings and weekends going straight to voicemail
With Allo
The meeting booked while the caller is still on the line
The right event type picked for what they asked for
Only slots that are genuinely free, inside your hours
Bookings taken after hours and at the weekend
Allo is an AI phone system, not just an integration
The Calendly sync is one part. Allo is the phone your team calls, texts and gets coached from every day.
Allo answers when you can't, qualifies the caller and books the meeting, 24/7, so no lead slips away.

In Allo, go to Settings, then Integrations, then Calendly, and click Connect Calendly. Sign in to Calendly and grant access. Allo reads your profile and your event types, and your calendar appears in the connected list, ready for an agent to book into.
One of your existing event types, the scheduling links you already use, like a 30 minute meeting or an intro call. It never creates a new one. You can offer up to 20 on the same call, and give each a short note, for example when the caller wants a demo, so the agent knows which to use.
Allo falls back to the first event type on your Calendly account, which may not be the one you want people booking. Always choose the event type in the agent's calendar settings, it takes a second and it's the difference between the right meeting and the wrong one.
Yes. Any team member can connect their own Calendly account, and it's then visible to the whole workspace. Admins and managers can assign any connected calendar to an agent and configure its event types. A regular team member can assign their own, or a teammate's once that teammate has set its event types up.
Booking rules. A 30 minute buffer between meetings and a 2 hour minimum notice are on by default, business hours are respected by default, and you can turn on a booking window to cap how far ahead callers can book, 60 days by default. Blocked dates are never booked over.
Yes. The Calendly connection exists so your Allo AI receptionist can book a caller in during the call. It's what turns an after-hours call into an appointment instead of a voicemail.
