1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR

This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored and administered by The Mobile-First Company LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 78 Southwest 7th Street, Suite 09-134, Miami, Florida 33130 (the "Sponsor"). All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to Sponsor at allo@themobilefirst.co.

2. BINDING AGREEMENT

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT WHO VIOLATES THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

4. CONTEST PERIOD

4.1 Call Period

The Contest call period begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 20, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 20, 2025 (the "Contest Period"). All qualifying calls must be completed during the Contest Period. Sponsor's computer and telephone system shall be the official timekeeping device for this Contest.

4.2 Entry Form Submission Period

Entrants who complete a successful qualifying call must submit the required Entry Form within forty-eight (48) hours of the completion of their qualifying call. The Entry Form submission deadline may extend beyond the Contest Period end date if the entrant's qualifying call was completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the Contest Period end.

Example: If an entrant completes a qualifying call on November 20, 2025 at 10:00 PM ET, they have until November 22, 2025 at 10:00 PM ET to submit their Entry Form, even though the Contest Period ended on November 20, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

4.3 Official Timekeeping

All times referenced in these Official Rules are Eastern Time. Sponsor's telephone system and server clocks shall be the official timekeeping devices for determining call completion times and Entry Form submission times.

5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

This Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

5.1 Excluded Parties

The following persons are NOT eligible to participate:

  • Officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Contest (collectively, "Contest Entities");
  • All immediate family members (defined as parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of any individual in any of the foregoing categories; and
  • Any individual whose participation in the Contest would create, in Sponsor's sole discretion, an actual or apparent conflict of interest.

5.2 Additional Restrictions

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

6. HOW TO ENTER

6.1 Entry Requirements

To be eligible for the Contest, participants must complete BOTH of the following requirements:

Step 1: Complete a Qualifying Call

During the Contest Period, place a telephone call to 800-419-ALLO (800-419-2556) and:

  • Successfully navigate the call with Sponsor's representative (a simulated receptionist scenario designed to test sales and communication skills);
  • Successfully book a meeting or appointment as confirmed by Sponsor's representative during the call (a "Qualifying Call"); and
  • Have the call recorded in its entirety by Sponsor's telephone system.

IMPORTANT: Only calls that result in a successfully booked meeting, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, qualify as Qualifying Calls. Calls that do not result in a booked meeting are not eligible entries.

Step 2: Submit Entry Form

Within forty-eight (48) hours of completing a Qualifying Call, the entrant must:

  • Submit the official Entry Form, which will be provided via SMS text message to the telephone number used to place the Qualifying Call; and
  • Provide all required information on the Entry Form, including but not limited to: full legal name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and confirmation of eligibility.

CRITICAL DEADLINE: Failure to submit a complete and accurate Entry Form within forty-eight (48) hours of the Qualifying Call will result in automatic disqualification, regardless of call performance. The Entry Form submission deadline is calculated from the exact time the Qualifying Call ended, as determined by Sponsor's telephone system.

6.2 Complete Entry Defined

An entry is only considered "complete" and eligible for judging when BOTH requirements set forth in Section 6.1 have been satisfied: (1) a Qualifying Call has been completed during the Contest Period, AND (2) the Entry Form has been submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the Qualifying Call.

6.3 Multiple Entries

Entrants may attempt the Contest challenge multiple times during the Contest Period by placing multiple calls. However:

  • Each call attempt must be made via a separate telephone call;
  • Only calls that result in a successfully booked meeting constitute Qualifying Calls;
  • A separate Entry Form must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of each Qualifying Call; and
  • If an entrant completes multiple Qualifying Calls and submits multiple Entry Forms, only the Qualifying Call with the shortest duration shall be considered for prize determination (the "Best Time").

6.4 Recording and Monitoring

BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT EXPRESSLY CONSENTS TO THE RECORDING, MONITORING, AND EVALUATION OF THEIR TELEPHONE CALL(S) FOR PURPOSES OF CONTEST ADMINISTRATION, VERIFICATION, AND PROMOTIONAL USE AS SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

All calls placed to the Contest phone number during the Contest Period will be recorded and may be monitored for quality assurance, compliance, and promotional purposes. Call recordings are the property of Sponsor and may be used as set forth in Section 16 of these Official Rules.

6.5 Entry Requirements and Restrictions

  • Limit one (1) prize per person/household, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
  • All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
  • Proof of call placement or Entry Form submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or undelivered calls, text messages, or Entry Forms, which will be disqualified.
  • Use of any automated, macro, script, robotic, or other prohibited entry method will result in disqualification.

7. PRIZE DETAILS

7.1 Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the eligible entrant with the shortest Qualifying Call duration during the Contest Period (the "Winner" or "Grand Prize Winner"). The Grand Prize consists of a cash award calculated as follows:

  • Base Prize Amount: $10,000.00 (ten thousand U.S. dollars)
  • Performance Multiplier: For each complete second by which the Winner's Best Time is faster than five (5) minutes (300 seconds), the Base Prize Amount shall be multiplied by 1.01 (one and one-hundredth).

Prize Calculation Formula:

Grand Prize Amount = Base Prize × (1.01 ^ Seconds Under 300)

Where: Seconds Under 300 = 300 - Winner's Best Time (in seconds)

7.2 Prize Calculation Examples

Example 1: Winner completes the Qualifying Call in 3 minutes (180 seconds)

  • Seconds Under 300 = 300 - 180 = 120 seconds
  • Grand Prize = $10,000 × (1.01^120) = $10,000 × 3.30 = $33,003.87

Example 2: Winner completes the Qualifying Call in 2 minutes 30 seconds (150 seconds)

  • Seconds Under 300 = 300 - 150 = 150 seconds
  • Grand Prize = $10,000 × (1.01^150) = $10,000 × 4.43 = $44,320.45

Example 3: Winner completes the Qualifying Call in 4 minutes 30 seconds (270 seconds)

  • Seconds Under 300 = 300 - 270 = 30 seconds
  • Grand Prize = $10,000 × (1.01^30) = $10,000 × 1.35 = $13,478.49

7.3 Prize Restrictions and Conditions

  • The Grand Prize amount will be awarded in U.S. dollars via check, wire transfer, or electronic payment method as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  • No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
  • The actual retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize will be determined by the Winner's actual call performance and may range from a minimum of $10,000.00 (if Winner's Best Time is exactly 300 seconds or longer) to a theoretical maximum that depends on call performance. For purposes of IRS reporting, the ARV of the prize will be the actual amount awarded as calculated according to Section 7.1.
  • All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or other appropriate tax form) for the actual value of the prize received, if required by law.
  • Winner must execute and return, within the time period specified by Sponsor, all documents required by Sponsor, including without limitation the Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, IRS Form W-9, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law). Failure to timely return such documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. WINNER DETERMINATION

8.1 Judging Criteria

The Winner will be determined based solely on objective criteria: the shortest Qualifying Call duration recorded during the Contest Period. Call duration shall be measured from the moment the entrant's call is answered by Sponsor's telephone system until the moment the call is terminated, as recorded by Sponsor's telephone system with precision to one-tenth (0.1) of a second.

8.2 Verification Process

  • Within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the Contest Period, Sponsor will review all complete entries to determine the tentative Winner based on shortest Qualifying Call duration.
  • The tentative Winner will be notified via telephone call and email using the contact information provided in their Entry Form within seven (7) business days following the conclusion of the Contest Period.
  • The tentative Winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within seventy-two (72) hours of attempted notification. Failure to respond within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
  • Upon response to notification, the tentative Winner must execute and return all required documentation as specified in Section 7.3 within seven (7) business days. Failure to timely return required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8.3 Tie-Breaking

In the unlikely event of a tie (two or more entrants achieving identical Best Times measured to one-tenth of a second), the tied entrants' calls will be re-evaluated by a panel of judges appointed by Sponsor. The judges will evaluate the following factors to determine the Winner:

  1. Overall call quality and professionalism
  2. Effectiveness of communication and persuasion techniques
  3. Clarity and conciseness of messaging
  4. Rapport building with the Sponsor's representative
  5. Objection handling (if applicable)
  6. Overall execution of sales best practices

Each judge will rank the tied entries, and the entry with the highest combined ranking will be declared the Winner. The judges' decision shall be final and binding. All judging will be completed within ten (10) business days following the conclusion of the Contest Period.

8.4 Announcement of Winner

The identity of the Winner, the final Grand Prize amount awarded, and the winning call duration may be announced by Sponsor via Sponsor's website, social media channels, press releases, or other media at Sponsor's sole discretion, subject to Winner's execution of all required documentation. Announcement is anticipated to occur on or before December 15, 2025, but Sponsor reserves the right to delay announcement if necessary to complete verification procedures.

9. DISQUALIFICATION AND DISPUTES

9.1 Grounds for Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant and reject any entry for any of the following reasons:

  • Failure to comply with any provision of these Official Rules
  • Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information in the Entry Form
  • Failure to submit a complete Entry Form within forty-eight (48) hours of completing a Qualifying Call
  • Use of automated systems, scripts, macros, or other prohibited methods to enter
  • Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative practices
  • Use of profane, obscene, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate language during any call
  • Any conduct that, in Sponsor's sole judgment, is detrimental to the Contest or Sponsor's reputation
  • Failure to respond to Winner notification or return required documentation within specified time periods
  • Providing contact information that is incorrect, outdated, or non-functional
  • Any violation of applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations

9.2 Alternate Winner Selection

If the tentative Winner is disqualified for any reason, or fails to respond to notification, or fails to return required documentation within the specified time period, or is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries using the same judging criteria. This process may be repeated until a qualified Winner is confirmed or, at Sponsor's discretion, no prize may be awarded.

9.3 Disputes and Interpretation

  • All decisions of Sponsor regarding interpretation of these Official Rules, eligibility, disqualification, and all other matters relating to the Contest are final and binding.
  • By participating in the Contest, each entrant waives any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules.
  • If there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any Contest materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS

10.1 Sponsor's Rights

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  • Cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at any time, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
  • Disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner;
  • Modify these Official Rules at any time, provided that any material changes will be posted at withallo.com/contest and, to the extent practicable, entrants will be notified of such changes;
  • Verify the eligibility of any and all entrants and entries;
  • Require verification of identity by government-issued photo identification;
  • Determine the meaning and application of these Official Rules in any situation not explicitly addressed herein; and
  • Correct any errors in the administration of the Contest, prize awards, or the interpretation of these Official Rules.

10.2 Technical Issues and Force Majeure

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable calls, text messages, emails, or Entry Forms;
  • Telephone system, cellular network, or telecommunications failures;
  • Computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties;
  • Internet service interruptions or connection problems;
  • Electronic transmission errors or failures;
  • Any other technical, mechanical, or other problems related to entry or Contest participation; or
  • Any acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, epidemic, pandemic, government order, or other events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that affect the Contest.

In the event the Contest is compromised by any event or circumstance described above, or by any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that threatens or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest.

If the Contest is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will determine the Winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination using the judging criteria described in these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the telephone number used to make the Qualifying Call. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned a telephone number by a telecommunications provider, or the business entity or organization responsible for payment for such telephone service.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS THE CONTEST ENTITIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES"), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOSS, HARM, DAMAGE, INJURY, COST, OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) THAT MAY OCCUR, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM:

11.4 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY ENTRANT FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT OF THE GRAND PRIZE AWARDED TO THE WINNER, OR TEN THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ($10,000.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11.5 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to residents of such jurisdictions. In such jurisdictions, the Released Parties' liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all third-party claims, actions, or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of:

  • The entrant's participation in the Contest;
  • The entrant's receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of any prize;
  • The entrant's violation of these Official Rules;
  • The entrant's violation of any rights of another person or entity; or
  • Any misrepresentation made by the entrant.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of the Contest and the award of any prize.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

13.1 Governing Law

This Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

13.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. FURTHER, ALL SUCH DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND EACH ENTRANT HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURTS AND WAIVES ANY OBJECTION TO VENUE IN SUCH COURTS.

13.3 Mandatory Arbitration

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees that:

  1. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Official Rules;
  2. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States of America;
  3. The arbitration shall be conducted in English;
  4. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof;
  5. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) associated with the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise based on the circumstances; and
  6. The parties hereby waive any rights they may have to trial by jury in regard to arbitrable claims.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE CONTEST, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND THAT ENTRANT WILL NOT SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, A REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, A COLLECTIVE ACTION, A PRIVATE ATTORNEY-GENERAL ACTION, OR IN ANY PROCEEDING IN WHICH ENTRANT ACTS OR PROPOSES TO ACT IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. ENTRANT FURTHER AGREES THAT NO PROCEEDING WILL BE JOINED, CONSOLIDATED, OR COMBINED WITH ANOTHER PROCEEDING WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF SPONSOR AND ALL PARTIES TO ANY SUCH PROCEEDING.

13.5 Limitation on Time to File Claims

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM ENTRANT MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTEST OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

13.6 Severability

If any provision of this Section 13 is found to be unenforceable or unlawful for any reason, (a) the unenforceable or unlawful provision shall be severed from these Official Rules; (b) severance of the unenforceable or unlawful provision shall have no impact whatsoever on the remainder of this Section 13 or the parties' ability to compel arbitration of any remaining claims on an individual basis pursuant to this Section 13; and (c) to the extent that any claims must therefore proceed on a class, collective, consolidated, or representative basis, such claims must be litigated in a civil court of competent jurisdiction and not in arbitration, and the parties agree that litigation of those claims shall be stayed pending the outcome of any individual claims in arbitration.

14. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

Winner specifically acknowledges and agrees that their winning Qualifying Call may be prominently featured in Sponsor's marketing and promotional materials and may be used as a case study or example in sales training materials.

16.3 No Compensation

Entrants acknowledge and agree that no compensation shall be payable by Sponsor for any use of their name, likeness, voice, biographical information, or recordings, except as expressly provided in these Official Rules with respect to the Grand Prize.

16.4 Winner Cooperation

Winner agrees to reasonably cooperate with Sponsor in any publicity or promotional activities related to the Contest, including but not limited to participating in interviews, providing testimonials, and appearing in promotional photographs or videos, provided that such cooperation does not require unreasonable time commitments or expenses on the part of the winner.

18. TAX IMPLICATIONS

18.1 Winner's Tax Responsibility

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or other appropriate tax form, such as Form 1099-NEC) for the actual value of the prize, if required by law.
