"Most sales teams flood their CRM with notes nobody reads. Tags turn every call into a clean signal you can filter, report on, and act on."
Tag during the call, after the call, or automatically
One call, many tags
Reps tag the way they actually work. Some pick a tag mid-conversation, some clean up after. Allo also reads the transcript and applies tags on its own when a prompt matches.

Push to HubSpot
Tags sync automatically to a custom property called Allo Tags on the HubSpot call object. Multiple tags per call are preserved.

Analytics by tag
Every tag flows into the Analytics view. Combine tag filters with date ranges, team members.

AI prompt
Write a prompt for each tag. Allo reads every call transcript and applies the tag when the prompt matches. No manual review needed.

Custom prompts. Real tags.
Each tag has its own prompt. After the call ends, Allo reads the transcript and checks every prompt. If it matches, the tag is applied. No reps forget. No CRM drift.
1. Be specific
"Tag as interested" is too vague. "Tag as interested when the prospect asks about pricing or asks for a demo" is actionable.
2. Use negative examples
Tell Allo what to ignore. Polite interest without commitment is not a conversion. Saying so explicitly stops the model from over-firing.
3. Iterate
Review auto-tagged calls for a few days. If the tag fires too often or not enough, refine the prompt. Small changes compound fast.
4. One tag per prompt
Keep each prompt focused on a single outcome. If a call qualifies for several tags, Allo applies them all.

Preguntas frecuentes
Who can create and manage call tags?
Only team admins and managers can create, edit, or remove tags. All team members can apply existing tags to their own calls.
How does auto-tagging work exactly?
Each tag can have its own prompt. After a call ends, Allo reads the transcript and checks every prompt. If a prompt matches, the corresponding tag is applied automatically. If a call was manually tagged before it ended, Allo will not overwrite it with auto-tags.
Can I apply more than one tag per call?
Yes. A single call can have as many tags as you need: an outcome, the topics covered, and a qualification signal at the same time. They are all preserved when synced to HubSpot.
Where in HubSpot do tags appear?
Tags push to a custom property called Allo Tags on the HubSpot call object. It's a multi-value field, so all tags applied to a call are preserved. You can build views, dashboards, and workflows on top of it.
Saca aún más partido a Allo
Every tag is backed by a transcript Allo can read, search, and learn from.
Ask questions across tagged calls. "What objections came up in Demo booked calls last month?"
