You define your tags (outcome, topic, qualification) in Settings, each with a short prompt. Reps can tag a call in one tap during the conversation; the moment it ends, the AI reads the transcript and applies the auto-tags that match. A single call can carry several. Tags then appear on the summary, the Calls tab, Analytics and the Allo MCP.
