It's a native integration. You connect Intercom from Allo's settings in a couple of clicks, no developer needed. Once connected, contacts sync and every call starts logging automatically.
Contacts sync both ways, so new or updated records flow between Intercom and Allo. Calls, texts, recordings and AI summaries are written from Allo onto the matching Intercom contact.
The Intercom integration is included on the Allo Business plan. You'll also need an Intercom workspace you can connect.
On the matching contact, right beside their chats, so an agent sees the whole history, calls and conversations, in one place.
