Allo · Welcome Offer

Official Rules

Effective April 15, 2026 · Last updated March 5, 2026

By registering for the Allo Welcome Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.

1. Organizer

This promotional offer ("Welcome Offer" or "Offer") is organized by:

US: The Mobile-First Company LLC, 78 SW 7th St, Miami, FL 33130, USA.

(collectively "Allo," "we," "us," or "our")

2. Offer Period

The Welcome Offer runs from April 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET / 6:00 AM CET to May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET / 5:59 AM CET.

A warm-up phase will take place from late March through April 14, 2026. During this phase, ambassadors and content creators will promote the Offer, but no qualifying activity will be counted until the Offer Period officially begins.

3. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Be a new Allo customer (no prior account, active or canceled).
  3. Register through the dedicated Welcome Offer landing page or be manually enrolled by the Allo team.
  4. Agree to Allo's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  5. Provide a valid email address and accurate identity information.

Not eligible: current or former Allo subscribers, employees or contractors of MOBILE-FIRST SAS or The Mobile-First Company LLC, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the administration of this Offer.

4. How It Works

Registration

Register via the dedicated campaign landing page. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging enrollment. This email is your proof of eligibility. If you do not receive one, contact alexandre@themobilefirst.co.

Qualifying Outcomes

During the Offer Period, you earn cashback for each qualifying outcome generated through Allo:

Closed deal — the prospect explicitly agrees to buy, sign up, or commit to a contract.

Booked appointment — both parties agree on a specific date and time for a follow-up meeting, demo, or call.

Does not count: voicemails, unanswered calls, "I'll think about it," requests to send info without a next step, vague agreements to "talk later," polite rejections, internal calls, support calls, or personal conversations.

Cashback

Each qualifying outcome earns $10 USD (US) or 10€ (EU).

Capped at $100 / 100€ per participant (max 10 qualifying outcomes).

Cashback is paid to individuals only. Teams do not earn or receive cashback. The team leaderboard is purely motivational and carries no financial reward.

Global Budget Cap

The total cashback budget for this Offer is capped at $50,000 USD (or equivalent in euros) across all participants combined. If this threshold is reached before the end of the Offer Period, no further qualifying outcomes will be eligible for cashback, and the Offer may be suspended or terminated early. Allo reserves the right to increase this cap at its sole discretion.

Leaderboard

Two live leaderboards track performance: an individual leaderboard (by qualifying outcomes) and a team leaderboard (teams of 3+, ranked by average outcomes per member). Rankings are purely motivational; only individuals earn cashback. Teams do not receive any financial reward.

5. Subscription Pricing

Participants sign up for Allo at the following rates:

A free trial may be available. Participants must transition to a paid plan before the cashback payout date (see Section 8).

6. Payout

Cashback is paid via a prepaid Visa card (issued through Tremendous), usable anywhere Visa is accepted.

Payouts are processed within 30 calendar days after the end of the Offer Period (by June 14, 2026). Instructions are sent to your registration email.

To receive payout, you must:

  1. Have at least one verified qualifying outcome.
  2. Have an active, paid Allo subscription at payout time.
  3. Have complied with all rules in this document.
7. Verification

All calls made through Allo during the Offer Period are analyzed by our AI system, which evaluates transcriptions and assigns an outcome classification with a confidence score. Allo reserves the right to conduct manual reviews; human review is the final authority.

Disputes can be submitted to alexandre@themobilefirst.co within 7 calendar days after the Offer Period. Include the call date, time, and a brief explanation. Allo will respond within 10 business days. Our decision is final.

8. Subscription Requirement

You must have an active, paid subscription (monthly or annual) at payout time.

Cancel before payout — all cashback forfeited.

Still on free trial — you get 7 days to convert to paid before forfeiture.

Downgrade or suspend — treated as cancellation.

Refund requests — do not affect eligibility if subscription stays active.

9. Anti-Fraud & Disqualification

Any attempt to manipulate results or abuse the system results in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all cashback.

Fake or staged calls. Calls must be to genuine, arm's-length prospects. No calls to friends, family, or anyone who agreed in advance to simulate a sales interaction.

Account manipulation. One account per person. Creating multiple accounts using different emails, aliases, or identities is prohibited.

Call manipulation. No inflating metrics with calls lacking genuine sales intent, calling the same prospect repeatedly, splitting deals across calls, or transferring calls between participants.

Leaderboard manipulation. No fake team members, strategic outcome redistribution, or phantom participants.

Collusion. No coordinated efforts to fabricate outcomes, reciprocal deals, paying prospects, or using bots.

System exploitation. No tampering with the AI detection system, leaderboard, or any Allo system. No doctored audio, manipulated transcriptions, or bug exploitation.

Consequences: immediate disqualification, cashback forfeiture, potential account termination, and Allo reserves the right to pursue legal action. Our determination is final.

10. Privacy and Data

Data controller: MOBILE-FIRST SAS (EU) / The Mobile-First Company LLC (US). We collect name, email, company name, call recordings and transcriptions, subscription status, and payout information for administration, fraud prevention, and cashback payout.

By participating, you acknowledge that calls are recorded and transcribed for determining qualifying outcomes, in addition to Allo's standard features described in our Privacy Policy.

Offer-specific data is retained for 12 months post-Offer, then deleted unless legally required.

EU participants have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability). US participants have rights under applicable state laws. Contact alexandre@themobilefirst.co.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from this Offer, including technical failures, lost data, incorrect AI classifications (subject to Section 7 disputes), or payout delays. Total liability per participant shall not exceed $100 USD or 100€.

12. Modification and Cancellation

Allo may modify, suspend, or cancel the Offer if circumstances (force majeure, fraud, technical failure, legal requirements) compromise its integrity. In case of early cancellation, participants receive cashback for outcomes earned up to that date.

Material changes are communicated via email at least 5 calendar days before taking effect.

13. Governing Law

EU participants: governed by the laws of France; courts of Paris.

US participants: governed by the laws of Florida; courts of Miami-Dade County.
