Your BoondManager, kept current by every call
Allo reads your BoondManager records into the dialer and writes every conversation back as an action, so nobody retypes a call into the CRM again.
Every BoondManager record with a phone number flows into Allo, companies included, so an incoming call shows a name instead of an unknown number.

About 20 seconds after you hang up, Allo creates a phone prospecting action on the matching record, with the AI summary in the action details.
BoondManagerAllo drafts the follow-up email or text from what was actually said, so the next step is ready the moment you hang up.
What syncs with BoondManager
Your records come into Allo. Every call goes back as a phone prospecting action.
BoondManagerRecords flow one way, from BoondManager into Allo, and only those with a phone number. They sync about every 10 minutes. Recordings stay in Allo, and text messages are not synced to BoondManager.
Logging by hand vs logging with Allo
Logging calls by hand
Typing an action after every call, or forgetting to
Unknown numbers ringing with no name on screen
Details lost between the call and BoondManager
Managers with no real view of what was said
With Allo
Every call logged as an action seconds after you hang up
Candidates and contacts recognised by name when they call
An AI summary on the matching record, the recording in Allo
One summary format for candidates, another for prospects
Allo is an AI phone system, not just an integration
The BoondManager sync is one part. Allo is the phone your team calls, texts and gets coached from every day.
Allo answers when you can't, qualifies the caller and books the meeting, 24/7, so no lead slips away.

In Allo, go to Settings then Integrations, find BoondManager and click Connect. You're sent to BoondManager to sign in and grant the requested permissions, then back to Allo with the integration active. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect an integration.
Candidates, resources, CRM contacts and companies, as long as the record has a phone number. That's what lets an incoming call show the person's name instead of an unknown number.
Records go one way, from BoondManager into Allo. Contacts you create in Allo are not pushed to BoondManager. Calls go the other way: after each call, Allo creates a phone prospecting action on the matching record with the call summary.
It stays in Allo, where you can listen to it again. BoondManager gets the action with the AI summary in its details. If your team talks to both candidates and prospects, you can set a different summary format for each in Allo.
No. SMS sync is not available for the BoondManager integration. Texts you send from Allo stay in Allo.
The first sync can take up to 15 minutes on a large database, then records sync incrementally every 10 minutes. A call shows up as an action in BoondManager about 20 seconds after it ends.
Yes. Click the phone icon next to any number in BoondManager and the call starts in the Allo app. The app needs to be installed on that device, and your browser asks you to allow Allo to open the first time.
