With a Brevo API key. In Brevo, open Settings > SMTP & API > API Keys & MCP and generate a key. In Allo, go to Settings > Integrations, click Connect next to Brevo, paste the key and click Save & Connect. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect integrations.

The Brevo integration is included from the Business plan up. CRM integrations aren't part of Solo.

Records sync one way, from Brevo into Allo: your contacts, companies and deals. Contacts you create in Allo are not pushed to Brevo. What Allo writes to Brevo is the record of each call.

After each call, Allo creates a note and an event on the matching Brevo contact, with the call summary and a link to the recording. Texts are not synced to Brevo.

Yes. Click any phone number in Brevo and the call opens in the Allo app, as long as the app is installed. In Chrome, the Allo extension also adds an Allo icon next to every number, on every Allo plan, and can import the numbers on a Brevo contact list into your Power Dialer queue (the Power Dialer is an add-on).

The first sync can take up to 15 minutes on a large database. After that, contacts sync every 10 minutes. Only contacts with a phone number in a native phone field come into Allo.

Allo syncs the call to every contact that matches the number. Click the integration indicator on the call in web.withallo.com to see exactly which contacts it went to.
