Connect Allo to any CRM
Your CRM has no native Allo connector, or your team built its own? Every call still lands on the right record, with the AI summary, the transcript and the recording link, through webhooks, the Allo API, Zapier or Make.
Or talk it through with our team1You hang up in AlloThe AI writes the summary while you say goodbye.
2Your CRM gets the callA signed call.completed event about 30 seconds later, with the same summary, the transcript and the recording link, ready for the right record.
Connect it your way,
with or without code
Four routes, all live today. Pick one or combine them.
Point Allo at an HTTPS endpoint of your CRM and pick the events. Each finished call arrives as call.completed, with the summary, the transcript and the recording link.
Create and update people and companies in Allo from your CRM, so the caller's name and company are on screen before you pick up.
Paste Allo's webhook into a Zap or a Make scenario, then map the call to your CRM's own fields, without writing code.
Send a test event from Allo and see the status code and the response time your endpoint returned.
What moves between
Allo and your CRM
Events go out as signed JSON to the endpoint you choose. Contacts come in through the Allo API.
Both ways
ContactsIn: the people and companies API. Out: contact.created, contact.updated
Your endpoint must use HTTPS and answer with a 200 within 20 seconds. Prefer no code? Zapier and Make receive the same events.

vs with Allo
A CRM Allo can't see
Reps typing call notes into the CRM after every call
Recordings and transcripts that never reach the record
Callers nobody recognises when the phone rings
Reports built on half the calls
With Allo
Every finished call posted to your CRM
Summary, transcript and recording link in the payload
Your contacts pushed into Allo by API
Every request signed, so you know it came from Allo

integration FAQ
An Allo agent picks up and puts you through to sales or support. It is the fastest demo on this page.
Maybe. Allo connects natively to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, folk, Zoho CRM, Odoo, Sellsy, Brevo and more, see all integrations. If yours isn't there, like Close, ActiveCampaign, lemlist, Twenty or a CRM your team built, connect it with webhooks, the Allo API, Zapier or Make.
Calls ringing (call.received, call.triggered), answered (call.answered) and finished (call.completed), texts (sms.received, sms.sent), contacts (contact.created, contact.updated), tags (tag.added, tag.removed), plus notes and discussion threads. Pick any combination, in the Allo mobile app (Settings, Integrations, Webhooks) or through the API.
call.completed arrives about 30 seconds after the hang-up with the call ID, the numbers and names on both sides, the duration, the direction, the outcome, the tags, the AI summary, the transcript (transcriptions and concatenated_transcript), the recording_url and the email of the Allo user on the call.
Match on the phone number: every call event carries both numbers. If the contact also exists in Allo, call.received, call.triggered and call.answered include the person, company and deals objects, with your custom contact properties as keys.
Yes, with the Allo API and a key with the CRM_WRITE scope. POST /v2/api/crm/people creates a person (at least one number, in E.164), PUT /v2/api/crm/people/{id} updates one, POST /v2/api/crm/people/search finds one by phone number, and POST /v2/api/crm/companies creates a company.
Yes. The Allo MCP server connects Allo to Claude, Cursor or VS Code, so you can search calls, read transcripts or send a text by asking, and paste what you need into your CRM.
Every webhook carries webhook-id, webhook-timestamp and webhook-signature headers. Verify the signature with your signing secret before writing anything to your CRM, and use webhook-id to skip duplicates.
