Your Outlook CRM, updated by every call

eWay-CRM keeps your customers where your team already works, inside Outlook. Allo makes sure the phone calls end up there too, without anybody typing them in.

Every call written up by Allo

Allo records the call, transcribes it and writes the AI summary the moment you hang up, so there is something worth sending on.

Allo fires a call completed event. Zapier finds the contact by number and saves a journal with the summary, the transcript and a link to the recording.

What you can send to eWay-CRM

Allo fires an event the moment a call ends. Your Zap or scenario decides what lands in eWay-CRM, and on which record.

This route runs through Zapier, Make or Allo's webhooks and API rather than a built-in connector, so you decide which calls are sent and where they land.

Typing calls into eWay-CRM vs sending them with Allo

Typing calls in by hand

  • Writing a journal after every call, or skipping it
  • Call notes that depend on what somebody remembered
  • Recordings living somewhere outside the CRM
  • Managers with no real view of what was said

With Allo

  • A journal saved the moment the call ends
  • An AI summary written from the real conversation
  • Transcript and recording linked on the contact
  • Managers see every conversation, no chasing

eWay-CRM integration FAQ

Not yet. eWay-CRM isn't in Allo's built-in integration list today, so you connect the two through Zapier, Make, or Allo's webhooks and API. It's a standard setup that takes about 15 minutes and needs no developer. If you'd like a native connector, tell our team, we prioritise by demand.

Allo fires a call completed event the second a call ends, carrying the recording, the transcript and the AI summary. In Zapier you use that as the trigger, search eWay-CRM for the contact by phone number, then use the Save a Journal action to file the call on that contact.

A journal is where eWay-CRM records an interaction with a customer, so it's the object a phone call belongs in. eWay-CRM's Zapier app can also create or update contacts, companies, deals, projects and tasks, so you can go further if you want to.

No, if you use Zapier or Make, both are point and click. If you'd rather build it yourself, Allo has webhooks and a public API, and eWay-CRM publishes its own API for developers.

Yes. The journal is written to eWay-CRM itself, so it shows up everywhere you already use it, in the Outlook add-in, the web app and the mobile apps.

Yes, and it's worth doing. Filter in Zapier or Make on whatever matters to you, the line the call came in on, how long it lasted, or a tag your team added, so only the calls you care about reach the CRM.
