888-298-ALLOIt's a native integration. In Allo, go to Settings then Integrations, find Follow Up Boss and click Connect, then sign in and grant the permissions. No developer needed. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect an integration.
The Follow Up Boss integration is included from the Business plan up. CRM integrations aren't part of Solo.
No, the contact sync is one-way. Your people come from Follow Up Boss into Allo, and people you create in Allo are not pushed back. Calls and texts go the other way: Allo logs them on the matching person in Follow Up Boss.
Each call is logged as a call with its AI summary, the full transcript and a link to the recording. Each text conversation is logged as a message, with the message itself and a link to the conversation in Allo.
The first sync can take up to 15 minutes on a large database, then people sync incrementally every 10 minutes. Allo only pulls people who have a phone number, since a lead with no number is nobody you can call.
By default Allo only logs calls onto people who already exist in Follow Up Boss, so nothing is created behind your back. Turn on "Create lead for unknown calls" in the integration settings and Allo creates the lead for you.

Yes, with the Allo Chrome extension, available on every plan. On a list of people, open the extension and choose Import to Power Dialer: it finds every number on the page and adds them to your queue. The Power Dialer itself is an add-on. The extension also puts an Allo icon next to any phone number on the page, so you can call it in one click.
Each call in the Allo web app has an integration indicator that shows its sync state. The usual reasons are a caller who isn't a person in Follow Up Boss yet (turn on "Create lead for unknown calls") or a contact saved as a favorite in Allo, whose calls aren't synced by default. When several people share a number, the call is logged on all of them.
