It's a native integration. In Allo, go to Settings then Integrations, find GoHighLevel and click Connect, then sign in and grant the permissions. No developer needed. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect an integration.
Contacts and companies come from GoHighLevel into Allo, and contacts you create or update in Allo are pushed back. Calls go one way: Allo writes the note, the summary, the transcript and the recording link onto the matching GoHighLevel contact.
Not today. The GoHighLevel integration syncs contacts, companies and calls. Texts you send from Allo stay in Allo, next to the call history for that contact.
The first sync can take up to 15 minutes on a large database, then contacts sync incrementally every 10 minutes. Allo only pulls contacts that have a phone number, since a contact with no number is nobody you can call.
By default Allo only logs calls onto contacts that already exist, so nothing is created behind your back. Turn on "Create lead for unknown calls" in the integration settings and Allo creates the GoHighLevel contact for you.
Yes. Click any phone number in GoHighLevel and the call opens in the Allo app, with the contact already matched. You'll need the Allo app installed on that device.
