888-298-ALLOIt's a native integration. In Allo, go to Settings then Integrations, find GoHighLevel and click Connect, then sign in and grant the permissions. No developer needed. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect an integration.
The GoHighLevel integration is included from the Business plan up. CRM integrations aren't part of Solo.
Contacts and companies come from GoHighLevel into Allo, and contacts you create or update in Allo are pushed back. Calls go one way: Allo writes the note, the summary, the transcript and the recording link onto the matching GoHighLevel contact.
Not today. The GoHighLevel integration syncs contacts, companies and calls. Texts you send from Allo stay in Allo, next to the call history for that contact.
The first sync can take up to 15 minutes on a large database, then contacts sync incrementally every 10 minutes. Allo only pulls contacts that have a phone number, since a contact with no number is nobody you can call.
By default Allo only logs calls onto contacts that already exist, so nothing is created behind your back. Turn on "Create lead for unknown calls" in the integration settings and Allo creates the GoHighLevel contact for you.

Yes, with the Allo Chrome extension, available on every plan. On a contact list, open the extension and choose Import to Power Dialer: it finds every number on the page and adds them to your queue. The Power Dialer itself is an add-on. The extension also puts an Allo icon next to any phone number on the page, so you can call it in one click.
Each call in the Allo web app has an integration indicator that shows its sync state. The usual reasons are a caller who isn't a GoHighLevel contact yet (turn on "Create lead for unknown calls") or a contact saved as a favorite in Allo, whose calls aren't synced by default. When several contacts share a number, the call is noted on all of them.
