Every recorded call analyzed in Gong
Allo sends each recorded call to Gong, on the teammate who handled it. Gong transcribes the recording and runs its call insights on it, the same way it does for the rest of your calls.

Your phone calls, in Gong with the rest
Every recorded Allo call becomes a call in Gong, with the right owner and the context Gong needs to transcribe and analyze it.
Allo matches the teammate to their Gong user by email and sets them as the call owner, with the other party's name, number and email when Allo knows them.

The recording goes over with who spoke when, so Gong keeps your rep and the other person apart and runs its insights on the call.
GongYour Allo call tags land in the call title and the Purpose field, and the call result in Disposition, both searchable in Gong.

Allo is an AI phone system, not just an integration
The Gong sync is one part. Allo is the phone your team calls, texts and gets coached from every day.
Allo answers when you can't, qualifies the caller and books the meeting, 24/7, so no lead slips away.

In web.withallo.com, go to Settings > Integrations, find Gong and click Connect. Sign in to Gong, approve the permissions and you're back in Allo. One connection covers your whole Allo team. Only Allo admins and managers can connect integrations.
Two things for every teammate whose calls should reach Gong. They need a Gong user with the same email they use in Allo (Gong email aliases work too). And a Gong admin must turn on telephony call import for each of those users. Without it, Gong refuses the call.
After each recorded call, Allo creates a call in Gong with the recording, the teammate as owner, the other party's name, number and email when Allo knows them, the direction, date and duration, who spoke when, your Allo call tags and the call result.
No. The sync is one-way, from Allo to Gong. Gong runs its own transcription and insights on the recording, and they stay in Gong.
Calls without a recording, such as missed calls, calls from numbers that match no contact in Allo, and calls with a contact you marked as favorite. SMS and contacts are not sent either.
Gong doesn't let Allo edit a call once it's uploaded, so the change stays in Allo.
Check the integration indicator on the call in the web app. The usual causes are no Gong user with that teammate's email, call import turned off in Gong, or a call with no recording. Once fixed, retry the sync from the call.
