The contact sync pulls your Intercom users and companies into Allo, so your phone contact list is always up to date. Phone activity (calls, texts, voicemails) flows from Allo into Intercom. Changes made to contacts inside Allo are not written back to Intercom — Intercom remains your master CRM for user data.
Do I need a paid plan to use this integration?

What if the user has no active Intercom conversation?
If a matched Intercom user has no active conversation, Allo creates a new one and posts the call note there. The activity timeline is always updated regardless of whether there's an active conversation.
