It's a native integration. In Allo, go to Settings then Integrations, find Jobber and click Connect, then sign in to Jobber and grant the permissions. No developer needed. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect an integration.
No. Clients and quotes come one way, from Jobber into Allo, and quotes show up as deals. What Allo writes to Jobber is the call note on the matching client and, if you turn on "Create lead for unknown calls", a new client for a caller Jobber doesn't know yet.
The call direction, its result, the Allo user who took it and the duration, followed by the AI summary and a link to the recording. Calls with no summary and no recording, such as missed calls, are not noted.
Not today. The Jobber integration syncs clients, quotes and calls. Texts you send from Allo stay in Allo, next to the call history for that client.
By default Allo only notes calls on clients that already exist, so nothing is created behind your back. Turn on "Create lead for unknown calls" and Allo creates the client in Jobber. If a client with the same email or phone number already exists, Allo updates it instead of creating a duplicate.
Allo only syncs clients that have at least one phone number, and archived clients are skipped. The first sync can take up to 15 minutes on a large account, then clients sync every 5 minutes.
Yes. Click any phone number in Jobber and the call opens in the Allo app. You'll need the Allo app installed on that device.
