A JobNimbus administrator creates an API key in Settings then API, with an access profile that can read and edit contacts, such as Admin. In Allo, go to Settings then Integrations, find JobNimbus, click Connect and paste the key. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect an integration.
Each call becomes a Phone Call activity on the matching contact, with the AI summary, the tags and a link to the recording, dated to when the call happened. Each text becomes a Text Message activity with the message content. If an admin has turned those activity types off, Allo logs a Note instead.
Contacts come from JobNimbus into Allo. Calls and texts go the other way, onto the matching contact. Allo only creates contacts in JobNimbus when you turn on "Create lead for unknown calls", and it never overwrites a name, email or phone number already set there.
No. The integration works on contacts: they come into Allo, and calls and texts are logged on them. Jobs stay in JobNimbus as they are.
The activity is assigned to the JobNimbus user whose email matches the Allo user who took or made the call, so each rep's calls show up under their own name.
The first sync can take up to 15 minutes on a large database, then contacts sync incrementally every 5 minutes. Allo only pulls contacts with a number in the Mobile, Home or Work field, since a contact with no number is nobody you can call.
