Your board, kept current by every conversation

Allo reads the board you choose into the dialer and writes every conversation back onto the item it belongs to, so your board is current without anyone maintaining it.

Your board becomes your dialer

Choose a board and map its columns to Allo's contact fields. Name and phone number are all it takes; email, company and job title come across too if you have them.

Updating the board by hand vs with Allo

Updating the board by hand

  • Typing what was said into an item, or forgetting to
  • A board that's only as current as the last person who updated it
  • Recordings somewhere nobody on the board can reach
  • Managers reading status columns instead of conversations

With Allo

  • Every call and text on the item the second it ends
  • A board that updates itself while your team is on the phone
  • Summary, transcript and recording on the item
  • Managers see the conversation behind the status

monday.com integration FAQ

In Allo, go to Settings then Integrations and click Connect on monday.com. Allo opens monday.com so you can install the Allo app in your workspace, then you come back, authorize, pick the board you want to sync and map its columns. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect an integration.

Name and phone number are required, because they're what a call is matched on. Last name, email, company and job title are optional, and worth mapping if you have them, since they show up on screen while the phone is ringing.

Contacts go one way, from monday.com into Allo. Contacts you create in Allo are not pushed to your board. Everything that happens on the phone goes the other way: calls, texts, AI summaries, transcripts and recordings all land on the matching item.

Yes. Texts update the matching item on your board with the message and a link to the conversation, so a thread that started as a call and continued over text stays in one place.

The first sync can take up to 15 minutes on a large board, then contacts sync incrementally every 10 minutes. Allo only pulls items that carry a phone number, since an item with no number is nobody you can call.

Yes. Click any phone number on a board and the call opens in the Allo app, with the contact already matched. You'll need the Allo app installed on that device.
