Your pipeline, kept current by every call

Allo reads your Pipeline CRM records into the dialer and writes every conversation back as an activity, so nobody updates the CRM by hand again.

People, companies and deals come across

Your Pipeline CRM records flow into Allo, so whoever calls is already recognised on screen with their company and the deal they belong to.

Logging by hand vs logging with Allo

Logging calls by hand

  • Typing an activity after every call, or forgetting to
  • Deals out of date by the end of the day
  • Details lost between the call and the CRM
  • Managers with no real view of what was said

With Allo

  • Every call logged as an activity the second you hang up
  • Pipeline current while your team is still on the phone
  • Summary, transcript and recording on the person
  • Managers see every conversation, no chasing

Pipeline CRM integration FAQ

With an API key. In Pipeline CRM, go to Settings then API and view your API keys, and copy one. In Allo, go to Settings then Integrations, find Pipeline CRM, click Connect and paste the key. Only admins and managers of an Allo workspace can connect an integration.

People, companies and deals. That's what makes an incoming call useful before you pick up: the caller's name, the company they're from and the deal they're on are already on screen.

Records go one way, from Pipeline CRM into Allo. People you create in Allo are not pushed back. Calls go the other way: Allo logs the activity, the AI summary, the transcript and the recording link on the matching person.

Not today. The Pipeline CRM integration syncs people, companies, deals and calls. Texts you send from Allo stay in Allo, next to the call history for that person.

The first sync can take up to 15 minutes on a large database, then records sync incrementally every 10 minutes. Allo only pulls people who have a phone number, since a record with no number is nobody you can call.

Yes. Click any phone number in Pipeline CRM and the call opens in the Allo app, with the person already matched. You'll need the Allo app installed on that device.
