An admin or manager of your Allo workspace connects it from Settings > Integrations in the Allo web app, then authorizes Allo in Zoho CRM. No developer needed, and every call starts logging right away.

Your Zoho CRM contacts come into Allo. The sync runs one way, so contacts created in Allo aren't pushed to Zoho CRM. After each call, Allo adds the call to your Zoho CRM call logs with its basic details and writes the full AI summary as a note on the matching contact. Texts are saved as notes on the contact.

Yes, on a paid Zoho CRM plan (Standard or above). The Free edition doesn't support tags.

The Zoho CRM integration is included from the Business plan up. CRM integrations aren't part of Solo.

By default, Allo logs calls on contacts that already exist. Turn on Create lead for unknown calls in the integration settings and Allo creates the contact for you. If two contacts share a number, the call is logged on both.
