It's a native integration. You connect Zoho Flow from Allo's settings in a couple of clicks, then use Allo's call events as triggers inside your flows, no developer needed.
A completed call, a missed call, a new voicemail or an incoming text can all start a Zoho Flow, each carrying the AI summary, outcome and contact so your automation has what it needs.
The Zoho Flow integration is included on the Allo Business plan. You'll also need a Zoho Flow account to build your flows.
Contacts sync both ways, so a flow that updates a contact keeps Allo aligned. Everything else, calls, summaries and outcomes, flows from Allo into Zoho Flow as it happens.
