How this calculator works
We take each provider's published per-user price for a plan with a comparable feature set, add the paid add-ons needed to match the features you selected, apply any mandatory platform fees, and multiply by your team size. SMS and international minutes are added on top at each provider's public per-unit rate. Annual pricing uses the discounted yearly rate.
