Process

How it works

Four simple steps, all handled directly in the app. You keep your number, we handle the carrier.

Choose to port your number

During account creation, we'll ask whether you want to port an existing number or get a new one. Select "port my existing number" to keep the number your customers already know.

Follow the in-app instructions

The entire porting process happens directly in the app. Just follow the guided steps, we'll tell you exactly what we need and handle the carrier on your behalf.

Have your account number, billing name and address, port-out PIN, and a recent carrier invoice handy to speed things up.

Ready

Your number transfers with zero downtime. We keep you updated at every stage, submitted, accepted, scheduled, until the port is complete.

Note: outgoing SMS can be delayed up to 48 hours after cutover as routing updates across carriers. Don't cancel your current service until you receive our confirmation that the port is complete.

Switch from any carrier

Need instructions on how to port from a specific carrier? We've got you covered.

Don't see your carrier? Start your request and we'll confirm eligibility within 24 hours.
