A voice that doesn't cut out
No more choppy calls when the Wi-Fi weakens or 4G drops to one bar. The call goes over the mobile network, with the quality of a regular call.
When Wi-Fi drops, internet calls break up. With the Allo eSIM, your French business number runs on the mobile network and you answer from your phone's own dialer. On your computer, nothing changes: the Allo app is still there.
Internet calling depends on your connection. With the eSIM, your Allo line runs on the French mobile network, like the calls on your personal plan.

Your business line shows up in your phone's dialer, next to your personal line. You answer the way you always do, no app to open.

The eSIM doesn't replace the app: your calls are recorded and summarized by AI in Allo, on your computer and your phone, with your team.
A standard Allo number runs on VoIP, over the internet. With the eSIM, the same French number also runs on the mobile network. What changes is the path the call takes to your phone.

A VoIP number carries your calls over the internet, in the Allo app. With the eSIM, the same number also runs on the mobile network, like a regular call: quality no longer depends on your Wi-Fi or your 4G, and you answer from your phone's dialer. The eSIM doesn't replace the app: your number stays in Allo on your computer and your phone.
Most recent iPhones and Android phones support eSIM. To check, look in your phone's settings for an option to add an eSIM or a cellular plan.
