We went through 735 demo calls and kept the questions teams ask before they switch. Here are the answers, each with the proof behind it.
Business is $32 a seat a month billed yearly, or $45 month to month. What matters is what that seat already holds, and what you would pay for on top elsewhere.

AI summaries and transcripts, CRM sync, call routing, IVR menus and texting to US numbers, with a business number for every seat.
Two add-ons: the AI receptionist, priced like one Business seat per agent, and the power dialer at $50 a month for the whole team.
International calls are pay as you go and extra numbers start at $5 a month. The pricing page lists all of it, plan by plan.

Choose a new local number and be live in minutes, or port the one you have for free.
Every seat comes with its own number, and the whole team shares one inbox. Calls work the same on mobile and on desktop.
Sign in to your CRM once and calls start logging themselves, with the transcript and the summary.
Moving your number is the part people worry about most. It is also the part we handle for you.
Bring your number over at no cost. If your current carrier charges a porting fee, Allo pays it.
Your current line keeps ringing right up to the switch, and most teams notice nothing.
Monthly or yearly, with no contract and no setup fees. You own your data and can export it at any time.
How porting worksThe AI receptionist is an add-on, and nothing changes until you turn it on. Teams that want a person on every call keep simultaneous ring, cascades and IVR menus.
You choose when it picks up
After hours, when the team is busy, or behind one option of your phone menu. It stays off everywhere else.
Teach it from your website or a PDF, then set its rules for booking, transfers and messages.
It hands the call to the right teammate when your rules say so, with the caller's history already open.

Previously we weren't even logging SMS, so that alone is a huge upgrade for us. The reps don't have to write up who they called or what was said anymore.

Allo makes sure I never lose a detail. Running 20+ accounts in parallel means staying sharp.

It is incredibly useful to have a documented history of phone calls, plus call summaries that are easy to share internally for collaboration.

With Allo, everything syncs to Salesforce automatically, so our AE always has the full picture.

Allo is simple, no headache. The AI takes up no more room than it needs, it's right there when you need it.

Everything I expected from a call recap tool, and the HubSpot integration is excellent.

It's an AI agent that answers. It does work we used to handle by hand, and it saves us enormous time.

With Allo and Jova together, we generate 30% of our demos every month.

When you're cold calling repair shop owners all day, you need Allo.

An Allo agent picks up and puts you through to sales or support. It is the fastest demo on this page.

No. Allo is software: your team calls from the mobile, desktop and web apps. For long days at a desk, a headset plugged into the computer does the job a desk phone used to.
A2P 10DLC is a US carrier rule for business texting: any provider that sends texts to US and Canadian numbers has to register you. Allo walks you through it, and the registration costs $24, once. Calls are not affected.
From 6 seats, yes. Send us your seat count and the date your contract ends, and we tell you what we can cover before you move. Talk to us about a buyout.
There is no contract, so you can stop at any time. Your number can move to another provider the same way it came in, and your data is yours to export. More on porting.
No. It is an add-on you turn on if you want it, and you decide when it answers: after hours, when the team is busy, or behind a menu option. Without it, calls ring your team the way you set them up.
It speaks naturally with your callers in several languages, including English, French and Spanish, and transcribes and summarises each call in the caller's language.
